Right to Life

The State of Minnesota should protect human life whether that life is a young child, an adult, an elderly person, or an unborn baby.

In America, we should take the high road. Euthanasia, abortion, and withholding treatment because of terminal illness are all “so-called solutions” that harm others in the process. Our government should have no part in funding or promoting these practices.

Abortion

Because every life is precious no matter how big, no matter how small.

Human Life does begin at conception. It has been shown again and again that from the earliest stages, the baby inside the mother is a distinct human being. The right to “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” applies just as much to the helpless as it does to those who can communicate their needs.

Any person seeking to understand more about abortion should visit here (Warning: the descriptions are true but graphic).

Care for the Elderly

An unfortunate consequence of today’s talk of rationed, bureaucracy run health care is that there is a push to devalue life based on a person’s usefulness to society.

Under no circumstance should a person be denied treatment simply because of their age, disabilities, or lack of productive value to society. Terry will seek to stop such discrimination from taking place in Minnesota no matter how the current national health care debate takes shape.
